Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• In their original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Any product returned damaged, used or unfit for resale cannot be refunded.

Tapis Vintage reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product.

3. Return shipping costs

A flat-rate contribution to return shipping costs of €19 incl. VAT will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Tapis Vintage in the following cases:

• Product damaged upon receipt

• Product not conforming to the order

4. Return procedure

To make a return from metropolitan France:

1. Send an email to contact@tapisvintage.com
   indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

2. A return label will be sent to you within 48 hours.

3. Carefully package the product in its original packaging.

4. Keep proof of parcel drop-off.

5. Refund

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.

6. Defective product

In case of receipt of a defective or damaged product, contact our customer service at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

We will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or refund.
